Located in Westborough, MA. Originally called the “Westborough Insane Hospital.” Established in 1884, added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994, closed in 2010, demolished in 2019.

Located in Preston and Norwich, CT. Originally called the “Norwich State Hospital for the Insane.” Opened in 1904, added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, stopped operation in 1996, demolition ongoing.

Located in Worcester, MA. Opened in 1892, added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980, demolished in 2014.
